To serve my clients I pursued an Economics Degree and Business Minor at the University of Wisconsin in order to bring a numbers-based approach to Real Estate. My passion for real estate began at an early age when my parents had the opportunity to build the home of their dreams in Lake Geneva. As a young lad I remember playing amidst the construction, climbing the dirt mounds, hiding in the corners of foundation and even helping with wiring the home and installing the stone-faced fireplace. This is where my interest in homes and real estate truly began.
I am the third generation of my family to embrace a career in Real Estate. My Grandfather, Ed Totten, was not only a builder but also ran Totten Real Estate. His focus was helping many achieve financial stability through home ownership. My Mother, Cheryl Ponsonby, also spent many years serving our local communities by providing proactive Real Estate advice. It is my aim to follow in their footsteps and continue to offer the best service and Real Estate advice to the communities I serve.
